Catering Policy
Aloha!
Mahalo for considering FLIK Catering to serve your event. We’ve prepared the following event planning guidelines to help make your experience smooth and successful.
Placing Your Order
Because all good things take time, we request that all event orders be submitted at least 14 business days in advance of your event date.
All requests must be submitted through the CaterTrax system, which replaces the previous manual paper FSR (Food Service Request) form.
Orders received after the 14-business-day deadline will be reviewed based on product and staffing availability. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, a $35 late fee may apply to orders placed within this time frame.
Hours of Operation
Our regular catering hours are 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM during the regular school year.
After-hours service (3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, after day school hours) and weekend events are available and may be subject to an additional labor charge.

Allergy & Dietary Needs
Please note any allergy or dietary needs when placing your event request.
We can accommodate most needs with proper notice, including:
Made without gluten-containing ingredients
Dairy-free or soy-free meals
Vegan / Vegetarian
Paleo meals
As a general rule, we are a nut-aware campus and do not use peanuts or tree nuts in our food preparation. We do use coconut in some recipes, but it can be eliminated upon request.
Additional Service Requests
We offer linen and china service upon request for an additional charge.
Please include any special requests (dietary restrictions, linen, china service, plated dining, etc.) in the “Special Requests” section of your event order.
Facilities Requests (FURs)
For facility needs—such as room reservations, tables, chairs, AV equipment, or other non-food service items—please submit a Facilities Use Request (FUR) to the Operations Department.
FURs should be submitted at least 14 days in advance in accordance with campus policy. It is the requestor’s responsibility to complete all required campus documentation.
Modifying Your Order
You may adjust your event headcount on the catering website up to 5 days prior to the event.
After that time, modifications must be emailed or phoned directly to the Catering Department and may incur additional fees.
If your event location changes, please notify us immediately to avoid delays or confusion.

Cancellation Policy
To avoid a cancellation fee, we require at least 72 hours’ notice.
Substitutions
We reserve the right to adjust menu items based on market conditions and product availability.
